Setup alerts in HetrixTools

HetrixTools provides tools for uptime monitoring and blacklist monitoring.

Spike.sh integrates with HetrixTools to send alerts for uptime and blacklist issues.

With the HetrixTools integration, you can -

• Receive alerts on phone call, SMS text, Slack and Microsoft Teams for uptime issues detected in HetrixTools
• Set up escalation policies and oncall schedules to decide which team members get alerted
• Suppress alerts for similar incidents from HetrixTools to reduce alert noise
• Create alert rules to automatically set severity and priority of incidents
