Step 1: Connect Shortcut
In Spike, go to Integrations and find the Shortcut integration. Click Connect and enter your Shortcut API key to authenticate.
Step 2: Create a story from an incident
Open any incident's details page, use the actions section, and pre-configure the story details before sending it to Shortcut.
Step 3: Automate with Playbooks
Add a Shortcut step to a Playbook so matching incidents open a story automatically — or let a teammate run the Playbook by hand when needed.
