Create SupportPal tickets from your incidents
SupportPal raises the alarm — Spike.sh makes sure a human hears it. Every SupportPal alert becomes an incident with on-call schedules, escalations, and alerts on phone, SMS, Slack, email, WhatsApp, and Teams.
What you can do
Everything the SupportPal integration does
Create tickets from any incident
Choose incidents and push a SupportPal ticket into the right department — details and timestamps travel with it.
Automate it with Playbooks
Add a SupportPal step to a Playbook so incidents open a ticket in the right department on their own.
One-way from Spike
Incident data flows one way, from Spike into SupportPal — simple to reason about, nothing syncs back.
Link multiple incidents
Attach multiple related incidents to one SupportPal ticket to keep a single record per issue.
Why raise SupportPal tickets from incidents?
When an incident needs to reach your support desk, Spike can push it straight into SupportPal. Turn any incident into a SupportPal ticket by hand from the incidents table, or let a Playbook open one automatically — the incident’s details and timestamps come along so the ticket has context from the start.
The integration is deliberately simple: it’s a one-way sync, so incident data flows from Spike into SupportPal and nothing syncs back. Anyone in your organisation can set it up — no special permissions — and several related incidents can be linked to a single ticket, keeping one thread per issue.
Set up the SupportPal integration
Add your SupportPal API token and subdomain and start turning incidents into tickets — anyone in your organisation can connect it, no special permissions.
Step 1: Open Helpdesk Integrations
In Spike, go to Settings → General → Helpdesk Integrations.
Step 2: Connect SupportPal
Enter your SupportPal API token and subdomain, then save.
Step 3: Create a ticket
From the incidents table, select incidents and create a SupportPal ticket — or add a SupportPal step to a Playbook to raise them automatically.
That's it — SupportPal alerts now page whoever is on call.
