Spike helps Noxity keep Slovenian businesses online with on-call alerting that works out of the box.

Noxity is a web hosting company in Slovenia that launched in late 2019. It helps local businesses run on reliable, DDoS-protected hosting at competitive prices. Noxity's mission is to be transparent, reliable, and green.
Matic Bončina, Founder of Noxity, shared why he moved Noxity's on-call alerting from SolarWinds Incident Response (formerly SquadCast) to Spike.
"What was very pleasant about Spike was the UI. It's fresh. It's non-confusing."
Helping local businesses
Noxity's customers are local businesses in Slovenia that rely on their hosting to stay online. When something breaks, Noxity's team has to hear about it fast and act. Spike's on-call alerting gets the right person notified immediately, so Noxity can fix the issue and keep downtime for those businesses low.
A product that works out of the box
Matic doesn't need to wait on support to get Spike set up. The product works out of the box, so he can do most of it himself.
"You can either have a really high price and really good support, or you can do what you guys do and just make the product work out of the box. And it's better that way, because I can do most of the stuff myself."
Simple, without changing how the team works
Matic points to simplicity as what stands out most. Spike gives the team a path to follow but leaves room to adapt it. Noxity can set it up around how it already works, instead of rebuilding its workflows around the tool. That keeps Noxity's attention on its customers instead of on managing its tooling.
"Here, we are not locked into one set system. You have the ability to fine-tune it closer to how you want it, and not just change your entire workflows inside a company."
