Spike.sh's email integration enables you to create incidents by emailing a unique email address. You can use the email
integration for tools which do not support webhooks and send alerts via email (e.g. DigitalOcean).
With the email integration, you can -
Add unlimited email integrations
Receive alerts on phone call, SMS text, email, Slack and Microsoft Teams
Set up escalation policies to decide your team members responsible for alerts
Suppress alerts for similar incidents to avoid alert fatigue
