Zebrium finds the root cause of incidents from your logs and monitoring data.
Spike.sh provides a webhook integration for Zebrium to send alerts for root causes detected by Zebrium.
With the Zebrium integration, you can -
- Receive alerts on phone call, SMS text, Slack and Microsoft Teams for root cause detected in Zebrium
- Set up escalation policies and oncall schedules to decide which team members get alerted
- Suppress alerts for similar incidents from Zebrium to reduce alert noise
- Create alert rules to automatically set severity and priority
